私は退職を機に海外の日本語学校を訪問し唖然としました。
文型シラバスの古い教材で教師主導型の「交代読み」の授業を行っていました。
教師が読んだところを学習者が続けて読む音読指導です。
その結果、多くの時間と費用をかけても使える日本語が身につかないなどの課題がありました。
文殊日本語学院は、これらの課題を解決し『だれでも いつでも どこでも はやく やすく かんたんに つかえる 日本語学習』を実現するために開講されました。

At that time, my project had some foreign engineers.
They were excellent computer engineers, but had problems communicating in NIHONGO.
When I retired, I visited a Japanese language school overseas and was stunned.
At the Japanese language school, repeatedly doing teacher-initiated "Take turns reading" using old teaching materials of the grammar syllabus.This is a reading aloud instruction in which the learner continues reading what the teacher has read.
As a result, there were problems such as not being able to acquire usable Japanese even after spending a lot of time and money.
MONJU Japanese Academy was established to solve these problems and realize "anyone can learn NIHONGO quickly and easily, anytime, anywhere".
MONJU Japanese Academy advocates a new style of NIHONGO learning.
